Principals:

Jonathan Kahan

Jonathan Kahan is a Director at Visor Partners. He focuses primarily on deal sourcing, investor relations, and contracts. Prior to co-founding Visor Partners, Jonathan worked as a Director at Auxesia Thailand, focusing on private equity deal sourcing and documentation. Jonathan has worked as a law clerk at New York firms specializing in intellectual property and entertainment law, often working for nationally and internationally known clients. He has also clerked for a New York State Supreme Court judge.

He holds a B.A. in Art History from New York University and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. Jonathan is fluent in French.

Supachai Kanjanasakchai

Supachai is a Director at Visor Partners. He focuses primarily on deal sourcing, as well as on deal structuring and strategy. Prior to co-founding Visor Partners, Supachai was a Director at Auxesia Thailand, which he also co-founded. Prior to this, Supachai consulted for Capvision Partners in Shanghai. In addition, he worked in financial structuring at Merlin Capital Advisory in Bangkok and was a technology advisor for Great Dragon Empire in Bangkok.

Supachai holds a B.S. in Computer System Engineering from Boston University and an MBA in Global Finance and Global Development from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Jonathan Tenenbaum

Jonathan is a Director at Visor Partners, and consults on leadership, succession planning, family constitutions, marketing and business development. Prior to co-founding Visor Partners, Jonathan was a Director and consultant at Auxesia Thailand. Previously, Jonathan coordinated sales and business development for Benedetto Guitars, and spearheaded their sales and network expansion.

Jonathan received his MBA in Global Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. In addition, he graduated Cum Laude from Rollins College with a B.A. in International Business.
